Requirements Section in New Portal?

Has anyone had issues with people having problems finding where their report is? It seems like they are in such a weird spot. If you have multiple applications that you are working on, you have to scroll through all of them to see where the report is located.

  • I agree. And it doesn't help that the new portal does not show the grant's project title (we allow multiple grants under the same program). This means that the grantee needs to open each tile to see the project and then find the requirement.
    Also, the requirement does NOT show the due date. Totally confusing for the grantee and a huge step backwards.

  • Agreed! The Project Title should be included - we also allow multiple requests per organization, or at least give me the option to include it!

  • We encourage our grantees to add the Yourcause email address to their contact address books, so that the automatic emails don't go to their junk folders. The standard emails have a link at the bottom which will take the grantee direct to the form. It saves them scrolling down to find it.

    Once in the form, on the left hand side is a link to their application and previous reports, which helps them know which grant this report is for.
