A list of attendees who attended a grouped event and their donations

Hi friends,

I have been trying to pull a list of attendees who attended a grouped event and their giving. When I do it pulls records from 20 years ago even thought I'm using the date range for the last two fiscal years. I tried pulling a participant export but it doesn't have the option to add gift information. I am so lost. Can someone let me know if they know how to pull a list like this?

I would start with a constituent query or those who attended event. Field is somewhat hidden as you have to go to Event Participations > Events > Event Name equals….

Then take that query to Export in db view and export constit info along with giving info you need.

So I tried this but it's part of a grouped event which includes 30 events in total. Is there a way to add them all. If I choose Event Name equals I will have to add them individually.

Is there something they have in common? Are all part of an event group (we would use that group coding for all reunion events)? Same appeal? Same Location? Event Description contains X? How about using event date or date range?

They all have different appeals and campaigns but are apart of the same group. I used the last 18 months but for some odd reason it still pulls previous gifts like from 1999.

Query pulls previous or Export pulls? In Export you can set criteria for date range.

It's pulling previous campaigns and events instead of the ones that are part of the grouped event. This is occurring in the export as well as the query.
