Basic Procedures step by step Guide help PLEASE!!

Hi Everyone - I am trying to develop a step by step procedures guide for NXT.

All is need is basic constituent changes and updates - aka steps to update an address, marking as lost, deceased steps etc.

I am trying to incorporate the "NEW" way of making these changes which is so much easier.

aka - mark someone as no valid address instead of doing 10 steps including a constituent code of lost.

The "that is how it has always been done" is my biggest challenge.

One example is instead of using the seasonal address function - one spouse is given the summer address and the the other spouse is given the winter address.

I have researched every knowledgebase, participated in best practices in BB University, reviewed the online guides etc and can't find something step by step and simple that will utilize the new NXT processes. Everything I find is for database view :(

Any samples would be sooooo appreciated.

@Shauna Junek absolutely, I'd love to understand more. Feel free to message me. One of the biggest challenges to overcome is always "that's always how its been done" but is doable when you show them a simplified alternative that save time!

Thank you so much to all of you for your help- Any and all help I can get is appreciated- I find the procedures guides and class handouts are not the most simplified and I need them to be very simple. We do have the Mark someone as deceased procedure agreed upon LOL 1 down.

We have never had any kind of procedures manual at all and desperately need one. @Christine Newman @Angel Lawrence @Austen Brown Thank you again for your responses.

Hi, I saw Christine tagged me on here - I have a sharable gift processing and policy and procedures manual, however aside from a few things it is largely database few. It is step-by-step and very detailed, with that said, it would probably be helpful as a template for developing yours and just tweaking the instructions where needed to suit NXT. I just accepted a job offer this morning and so will probably be temporarily out of BB community while my access transitions between orgs sometime in the next two weeks. So I will share in a PM in case in proves useful.
