In the General Ledger configuration, you can add the Check Number to the Reference Field to pull over to Financial Edge, but not the last 4 of the credit card number for credit card transactions.

Have you found another way to pull in the credit card last 4 into FE? Are folks manually adding the credit card last 4 into FE for credit card reconciliation or do you reconcile without pulling that into FE?

    Sierra – you’re right that the last 4 digits of the credit card aren’t available to pull into Financial Edge for reconciliation. On the RE side, what I’ve found most reliable is using the Payment Transaction ID instead.

    That field was only recently made available in WebView Query (not in Database View), and it matches directly to the Transaction ID in BBMS. My process is to export lists from WebView Query and from BBMS, then use VLOOKUP in Excel to match the two.

    It’s not quite as intuitive as having the last 4 in FE, but once you set up the matching workflow, it’s consistent, secure, and saves time.
