Default from name in Constant Contact

I have set our default from name in the email settings of our profile. However, when I went to prepare a campaign today it wasn't appearing accurately.

    If you have already updated your Email Settings in your account profile (following the steps in this guide), your 'From' name should be consistent.

    However, there is one common reason why this happens: Campaign Copying.

    • The Technical Quirk: If you created your new campaign by copying a previous email, Constant Contact often retains the 'From' name and 'Reply-to' address used in the original email, rather than pulling the new default from your profile settings.
    • The Fix: You can manually update this within the specific campaign by clicking on the 'Header' or 'Settings' area while in the email editor.

    My Suggestion :If you aren't copying an old campaign and the default still isn't sticking, I’d recommend calling the free support line.
