Re-subscribe functionality in Constant Contact

My understanding is that if a constituent unsubscribes from all lists in Constant Contact, this will mark their constituent record as "Requests no email". If they opt back in via Constant Contact using a signup form, OR are manually added to a list in Constant Contact, this does not seem to change in Raiser's Edge.

Can you confirm that my understanding is correct, and let us know if that is on the roadmap to be fixed? If it is on the roadmap, is there any timing for release that you can share?
