Finding GiftLink for Payments Applied to Multiple Pledges

I have followed the instructions in Knowledgebase article 75198 to create a file of pledge payments with their GiftLink so I can see which pledge a payment was applied to. I have found that if a single payment was applied toward multiple pledges, the file I get from the Import only gives me one of those GiftLinks. Is there a way to get all of the GiftLinks associated with a particular payment? If there is not a direct way to get this information out of RE, has anyone found a work-around to accomplish this, using the pieces of information we can get from RE? Thanks for any suggestions you might have!

First, the KB method supposed to work and it should have multiple row for each pledge payment is applied to. I would report this as bug to support.

There is another way to get all pledges a payment is applied to via SKY API. I'll skip the details unless you want to go down that path.

Thank you, Alex. I checked with Blackbaud support about whether we should have a separate row for each pledge being paid by the payment, but they said that's not the way it works - they said it will only show one of the GF Links when a payment is applied to multiple pledges.

Unfortunately no one here knows anything about SKY API. If that's our only hope, which it's seeming like it might be, we may need to see if our consultant could do something with whatever details you could provide.

the only real way I am aware of to do what you want to do is with SKY API.
