@Karen Diener I did ask about JustGiving sessions for us a while back but the response was that there were updates on the JustGiving blog and that we should look there to keep on top of the latest news. I put it in the RSS reader part of Outlook to get the updates brought to me, rather than having to remember to regularly check it but I think it might be possible to subscribe to email updates now.

When I click on the "register today" link I get the following screen without the ability to register. It was like this yesterday and today.

Hi @Maureen Wheeler! This is often a browser/security restraint that causes the form not to populate. Here are a few tips to try:
- Try using changing your browser. Chrome is preferred, but Microsoft Edge is another option to try.
- Open the registration page in one of those browsers in incognito mode with extensions disabled
- Access the registration page from a non-VPN/non-corporate network
- Clear the browser's cache and cookies
- Reauthenticate any organizational security authenticators
If none of these options work, please contact conference@blackbaud.com with the product sessions you're interested in, and we'll be happy to register you.

For now, you can register for the North America session and automatically receive the on-demand recording within hours of the session ending. Then, you can watch when it fits into your schedule. I appreciate your insights--our goal is to make Product Update Briefings accessible to all!
