Here are the latest changes in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for May 26, 2026.

The following feature is generally available to everyone!

Reduce friction with optional addresses for Standard Donation Forms and constituent forms

To help reduce friction and support faster form completions, now when you include the address field on Standard Donation Forms and constituent forms, you can make it optional for supporters.

Gift code and constituency code in grid batch

Grid view batch now supports gift code and constituency code entry. In grid view, select Configure columns, add the Gift code and Constituency code columns and then you can update the values in the gift rows.

Identify prospects in the Prospect Insights Pro Undergiving queue who need your attention

Now you can quickly identify prospects in the Undergiving queue who need your attention by selecting Prospects who haven't been optimizatized from Optimization status. The resulting list includes prospects who don't have an opportunity that reflects Prospect Insights Pro suggested Ask amount, don't have an action associated with an opportunity, or have an opportunity that's not assigned to a fundraiser.
