    I'll be very honest and let you know that when we signed on January 1st, it was not as far along as I'd hoped. Development has made a LOT of progress since then. We had some non-negotiables with development, so we have not released it further than our staff and some key volunteers, but are getting closer to opening it up further. At first it took more staff time than we had expected to review the outgoing communications because we weren't comfortable sending emails without a thorough review. The learning has improved and the guardrail process has improved so our time in reviewing email has been reduced considerably. The emails developed by our agent have been very good and well received by our staff.
