Blackbaud's Education Management Solutions: What’s New for July 21, 2026

Hi Bryna, I'm wondering if there can be an addition made to the new Pushpage UX - we used to be able to click "Recipients" and get a full list of everyone on that Distribution Group (all static users + all users pulled as part of Advanced Lists, broken out into Valid Emails/Missing/Bad Emails/Unsubscribed/Deceased etc). Being able to cross-reference individuals against the one list of email recipients was invaluable for auditing and for troubleshooting.

The new UX does not appear to provide an actual list of recipients for a given Dist Group - the Recipients column just lists the number of lists used and the number of static users added. Even if we had the time to combine the manual pulls of each list and static user to reproduce this feature ourselves, we are now also missing the categories of each email to show us who is unsubscribed/DNR/etc. Basically, the new UX provides less info and requires us to work a bit blind.

Can this function be reinstated?

@Bryna Gleich In the new Pushpage default display, one default behavior is that if I navigate to Pushpage > Pushpage templates, the default view shows ALL templates. To find the Active ones, we have to use the Filter and select Active. The selection does not seem sticky either.

In the previous version, the default did not include Inactivate templates.
I will add this to the idea bank, but it's always nice to get the extra help.
