    I was a little disappointed that the main focus was on those who are hosted and the talk of SKY etc.

    It would be great if ideas that were up-voted were included in future updates, even if they are not as exciting as talking abut AI.

    @Crystal Bruce I thought that the announcement of the updated UI was really exciting and I can't WAIT for that to happen. I wish more had been said about what that really means in terms of our customizations, etc - If we have UI Model customizations that rely on HTML - will those need to be converted somehow? Also, will we need different skill sets to create specs, customizations in the future?

    @Crystal Bruce As a developer I love CRM as it exists today; as a user of the information in CRM, I love the current interface; as a manager of a team of developers, I love that we do customizations against a self-hosted system. Quite honestly, alarm bells were going off in head as I listened to the product update briefing, concerning about what the future will hold for me. But I've set that aside to wait for more info and to see what will be presented during the Blackbaud Developer Conference, BBDevDays.

    I am wondering why there is a huge rush to get this completed in 2025. We have been using both database view and webview since NXT rolled out and no major changes have happened in years. However, now they feel they can get this done in 18 months. Seems unlikely, but we shall see.
