Setting a reminder to ask for an annual gift each year

We have a “club” that a donation of $1,916 or more to Annual Fund makes you a member. What is the best way to set a reminder for a renewal each year for this club gift?

    @Sue Tucker - I would put this in as a future action, assigned to the fundraiser that manages this relationship. When adding via web view, you can create a calendar appointment in your calendar tool. Each year the system will remind of the upcoming action and so will your calendar.

    @Sue Tucker, Austen's suggestion is excellent especially if this falls under the umbrella of a major gifts or mid-level gifts officer, as it will fit in nicely with their existing actions workflows. Alternatively, if you have a large number of these and need to handle them in bulk, you can use Memberships or Custom Fields to track their next renewal date and then pull them as a Query in Db view, or a List in NXT that will auto-update; or else you can create a unique Gift code/gift attribute for membership gifts and then pull a query of Last Gift (with Membership code) greater than 11 months ago.
