Audit prep

Our auditors are coming on Monday and I need to export all the journal entries that were posted to FY22. When I run the batch detail report in database and put posted in fiscal year 22, it runs only items that were posted between Jul21 and Jun22. It doesn't pull all items that were posted to the fiscal year, so all our July 22 entries are not captured in this report. Does anybody else have a better way of getting this information to your auditors? I end up running a Transaction Journal for the fiscal year as well so they can see what hit each account, but this isn't a very efficient way to pull the info. Thanks for any insight.

I run a report using a query showing the monthly journal entries that were posted.

I use a query with a post date filter and export it to excel.

This is the output that I have and it gives me a complete dump of transactions. I can then sort and filter. I provide a summary JE# by Post date to the auditors and then they go and select the sample. We are still paper based, but I hope to have everything attached to the JE in FE NXT soon.
