No Wealth Segmentation Score In Target Analytics

Does anyone know why certain individuals In ResearchPoint don't have a Target Analytics Wealth Segmentation Score under their Model Scores tab? Several of our board members lack that field, even after running a WealthPoint screening.

    Hi @Jordan Magat,

    What is going on may vary depending on the Target Analytics package your organization has signed up for. But I believe the Modeling Scores may be separate from the WealthPoint screening. You may have exported a list of constituents and sent that to Blackbaud. Their team performed an analysis of that list and created those Modeling Scores. So that's something that would not update with a Wealth Screening.

    It is possible that you may be able to update those scores during the year (by resubmitting an export of constituents). Again, it depends on the package your organization has.

    Also, it's possible that not all the constituents in your system will have Modeling Scores. Blackbaud may have only provided scores for a set number of records. And, I believe, they typically return scores for the most “highly” rated folks (which is a poorly phrased way of trying to say the constituents with the most promising scores - from a fundraising perspective).

    You may want to speak with your Customer Success Manager or the person you may have worked with to implement your Target Analytics project. It's a lot of information and it's good to make sure you are comfortable with it all.
