How to Export Details of Net Community for each Constituent from NXT Database view

Let's say I have an Constituent ID 1 that has 93 emails on his record under NetCommunity section with below information

How do I export this information? Below are the options I tried
1) Ran a query (Constituent Query) to get the required fields but Date sent was missing

2)Tried Export (Constituent export) which has Date Sent (Nothing is showing in the Data Sent which is just returning a black in the export)

but the problem is the data comes in a single row (because of one to many relation) and it can only export max of 99 as the criteria only allows to pick up to two digit number only.
What would be the solution for this?

    David from Blackbaud here. Sadly this export open is not available in RE, reference https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/Article/86652

    As there is limited dataset that can be bulk exported from RE or BBNC. May I ask what your end goal is for such a large date range for one or more RE constituent records?

    Hi David,
    Thanks for your response. We are Analyzing the data and understand when was the email sent out, how many of them opened the email, and how many of them does not,….etc. We are doing an overall analysis for one specify Constituency code. So we need large data for this analysis. May I know how to get the Email Date sent information from the NetCommunity query section which was not listed below? is there any alternative for this?

    The only alternative for this specific request would be reviewing the raw dataset outside of RE or BBNC. Example this would be asking for a copy of either the BBNC or RE SQL database (or both) and then using that raw data copy to create your own custom reports outside of Blackbaud.

    You would be responsible for the data, its hosting, the custom SQL reports, and the cost of doing this outside of Blackbaud hosting. We can provide the SQL copies at no charge and where in either SQL database (i.e. tables) the data resides. You would need to work with your team or a 3rd party SQL partner to pull the data for you and build the reports you want.

    We have the copy of nightly backup (.bak file) of database and has the SQL server setup in place. Restored the data successfully into the SQL server. But didn't find the table for NetCommunity information ?. Here is the knowledge base article that has sample schema provided by BB. Even this sample schema doesn't have any table that relates to NetCommunity.

    Can you help me with the table name? why is not listed in the schema?

    You can find the email info you are looking for in that Schema file; the NetCommunity tables are start with BBNC.

    The specific table that has the email data is dbo.BBNCEmailRecipients

    my apologies, my area of expertise is NetCommunity and its BBNC integrations. NXT Web view and NetCommunity do not integrate, only NetCommunity and the RE database view.
