Rules & Procedures for Database Entry

Hello Andrew. Saw your post about procedures for database entry. I'm looking for one about gift entry, too. However, I recently found a pretty amazing document in our last DBA's folder (she's been gone a couple of years). It's called The Raiser’s Edge Policies and Procedures. I'm not sure where she found it, but she did some edits to it to reflect our organization. It's a Word document so easy to edit. I found a number of these in her folder, except the one I want the most – gift entry. The outline for gift entry is there but not the full document. A couple of them have a name on them - Angela Bertrand. I researched her and there is some info from 5-6 years ago about her relationship with BB, but I can't find anything current. I've tried attaching the document mentioned above but it doesn't seem to be working. Feel free to reach out if you would like me to email these to you. I am the Director of Donor Services at Amarillo Area Foundation in Amarillo, Texas.

I've amassed quite a collection over the years. I recently purged a bunch, so here is a dropbox link to everything that's fairly current. I did not create all of these documents, and many that I did were based on an example someone shared. So I must offer my thanks to all the amazing BB users over the years who haven't been afraid to share their docs!
