Blackbaud's CSR report covers the important topic of Climate Change. It's encouraging to read about the initiatives underway to help protect our planet. Everything from decarbonization to reducing our global imprint! What is your organization doing to fight climate change? We'd love to read some examples!

    I'm late to the party, but wanted to link to Microsoft's white paper on Carbon Removal.

    Carbon removal is a relatively new field without a lot of oversight or enforced standards, which makes it difficult to know which companies are worth your money. Microsoft did a lot of work in vetting different companies, and published their findings (along with their portfolio), so you can do your own investing with more confidence.

    It's a great resource and a real time-saver if your org has any interest in offsetting their carbon. The whole paper is worth a read, in my opinion, but if you want to skip to the portfolio, it's on page 12.

    I'll also add that in addition to Carbon Removal and the other things already mentioned here, reducing business travel can be a great way to decrease your org's footprint.
