We migrated to NXT in September and I found/am finding a lot of little things they don't tell you up front which I think it would be good to know. We moved from being self-hosted so I had to do some digging on where to find my new AddressAccelerator files. I'm thinking about a session around my transition, which overall was very easy, with a sort of "do these things first" checklist for folks.

What do y'all think? Anybody in a similar situation who would like to co-present?

Maybe Workflow/Action tracks? There's a lot that a small office may be able to automate so they're not wasting time on manual entry.

Or maybe the Mail function? I think a lot of people don't know all the really detailed things you can do with conditional merges.

What do you guys think if I did something on Crystal Reports? Basic setup, creating a report, adding complexity, then "what usually goes wrong". ?

I still use Crystal reports all the time, although at least year's BBCON there was an emphasis on "SKY" reporting.

Marie Stark‍ There's just a part of me that finds it hard to pay extra for Insight Designer when I can make a perfectly good, perfectly free Crystal report. ; ) call me old fashioned

Hi Crystal!

I'd really like the opportunity to submit a proposal to speak, but my company is a BB partner, and we are too small to sponsor bbcon. We only have 2 full time employees...we'd never be able to afford staffing a booth! Is this a steadfast rule? Can I submit a proposal to speak if I do it with someone who is customer? I have a fantastic idea, and I'm really bummed that I won't get the chance to share it. Thanks for any input on this!
