Hi all, we are working on entering our opportunities & quals into BBAM. We have a very large volume of accounts that will be entered. Any others out here that have a large portfolio, if so, how did you track your progress? We asked for a custom field in the opportunities grid, not possible. We are also looking to “flag” some accounts that require manual review/more action, advised one way to do it is to add text in the notes section (that then requires you to go to reports and export then review)? Thanks!

    @Carrie Norris One thing I do after cycle management each Oct is export current opportunities from the Site/Settings/Import & Export tab/Opportunity Import Details section. Having an excel file of all the opportunities is very helpful for us. This helps us keep track of start and end dates, post acceptance dates, fund balances, etc. We have about 175 active scholarships in the system.
