    I ended up having to watch on demand due to scheduling conflicts here. I liked some of the new features coming especially the ability to do refunds, it is desperately needed.

    I had the opportunity to use the end impersonation button this morning, great add.

    What I really like is that you guys take the feedback that is given for improvements and try to implement them. It is very gratifying to see something you helped effect a change. ?
