Addresee & Salutation are blank when using NXT Connector to Create a Constituent

Hi


Hoping someone can help, we have set-up a Flow to take a new contact from a Microsoft Form into RENXT using the connector. It's creating a new constituent in NXT with first name, surname & address fields etc. but the primary addressee & salutation are blank on the record in RENXT.


Is there a way to use the connector to complete the primary addressee & salutation?

    You're right - at the moment, the connector won't set any values for primary addressee/salutation.  We were trying to keep the user interface as simple as possible in Power Automate, so we wanted to wait on customer feedback before adding those fields, so thank you for the feedback! ?  


    This can be something we add to the next release, and we should be able to support allowing you to provide either pre-configured or custom values for primary addressee/salutation (with a dropdown for showing the available configurations).  Would that meet your need?

    Just following up - we have this functionality implemented in the connector.  Due to the holidays, Microsoft has a change freeze in place (a common practice in software companies to limit churn during critical times of the year), so we expect this enhancement to be released into production with the next update to our connector in January (probably mid-month).
