Sharing my Power Automate template: Education Management Get List Report

Description: Uses the GET List Single to call an Advanced List in Education Management. The beginning steps are the same in each flow to get the initial list data but later actions are different based on specific reporting needs.

Two sample flows are included:

• Student schedule list - The list produces one row per student per course. The flow flattens the list to produce one row per student with the course block used as the column header for the appropriate course value.
• Financial aid list - The list produces one row per student per financial aid record (or only one row if no financial aid). The flow flattens the list to produce one row per student with the each type of financial aid included in separate columns, a total financial aid value, and the remaining tuition value after financial aid is removed.

Required connections:

• SKY Developer Account
• Blackbaud Education Management
• Blackbaud SKY Add-ins
• Outlook (or another email platform)
• OneDrive (or another file storage system)
