We are pleased to announce that the Q2 2019 Release of Blackbaud CRM & BBIS is now available. Service Pack 20 for version 4.0 released, and is available on the Blackbaud downloads page.

- Generate Constituent Update Batch – Update constituents in the selection using Constituent Update Batch.
- API Configuration - Ability to establish API connection.
- Globally Delete Constituent Attributes Based on Attribute Value - Added the ability to globally delete a constituent attribute with a specific value.
- Apple Pay for Blackbaud Checkout - Apple Pay is now available to donors as a secure checkout option for BBMS customers in the US and Canada.
- Email Reports about Unengaged Users – New E-mail reports will show data on unengaged recipients.
