What does this mean for the future of database view?
We have not yet set a date to phase out database view. Our current priority is to continue building out end-to-end workflows in web view and to assist you in adopting new functionality in web view to help you make a smooth transition.

Why are incomplete workflows being released in web view?
Our agile development methodology means we proceed in stages to build complete workflows in web view. We introduce new features once we have created a small but viable feature set, and then iterate on this feature set over time, sometimes quite rapidly. Some organizations find value in these limited features as we release them; the iterative approach also enables us to gather feedback as we build toward full-fledged web view capabilities.

How can I stay informed about the developments in web view?
We have created an informational page, The Future of Raiser’s Edge NXT, for current customers. This page receives regular updates to keep you informed about the development of web view. In-product documentation also showcases What's New in Raiser's Edge NXT as new capabilities are released. We also offer valuable educational opportunities through Blackbaud University and webinars, and interactive gatherings like town halls and success sessions.
