Investigating An Issue With Users Being Logged Out Of Altru

We have received several reports of users getting logged out of Altru or receiving errors.  The error is: A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (Provider: TCP Provider, error:0 - The semaphore timeout period has expired.) Our hosting administrator teams are actively investigating this issue.  We will update this thread once we know more.

I've had users hitting the logout for 2 days. I've hit both the logout and the error. I'm going to contact support about it this afternoon.

I am knocked out of Altru and not able to get back in.  All was working fine until I re-ran the configuration for new accounts added.  Hope this helps.  To bad I do not live near a beach.

Not only have I been getting logged out, but my password is rendered invalid at the same time, leaving me unable to log back in again until I go through a password reset.

Just to update, mine happens if I go idle in Altru at all. And then I wait...and then it lets me back in. It happened quickly about 5 times in a row about 10 minutes ago.

Hello All,

I wanted to provide another update this morning. Our engineers have been working diligently to isolate the root cause of this issue and we have made a temporary fix.  Our engineers are continuing to troubleshoot the root cause to identify a more permanent fix, but services should be more stable this morning. We appreciate your patience while we continue to investigate this issue as a top priority.
