Our Professional Services team will reach out to you within 48 hours after you have completed your initial account set up to schedule your 1-1 session. We ask that you review the Anatomy of a Campaign Page and checklist which will help you assemble the information and assets you’ll need on hand as we create your first campaign.

You will also want to prepare for setting up payment processing so you can receive donations from your supporters. With JustGiving, your organization can decide to process donations through Blackbaud Merchant Services™ (BBMS) or a third-party that disburses donations to you via a Donor Advised Fund (DAF). Learn more here >

If you plan to process donations through BBMS, set up a BBMS account in the secure online portal, using the checklist here as a guide prior to your session, if you haven't done so already. If you already have BBMS, please follow these instructions to create a new account configuration titled BBP2P Donations.


During your Campaign Deployment session our team will work with you to complete your JustGiving from Blackbaud Implementation by helping you reviewing your JustGiving tool, and walking you through how to create your first fundraising campaign. More specifically, here’s what’s included:

One (1) hour training session

  • Validating your new BBMS account been connected or connecting an existing BBMS account or confirming ACH has been set up
  • Processing/validating a BBMS transaction (when applicable)
  • Walking through successfully creating a campaign
  • Setting up integrations with REXT or eTapestry (if applicable)
  • High level overview of account administration, branding and settings best practices, how to make changes to an existing campaign, and reporting options

On the contrary, here’s what’s not included:

  • Professional services design work
  • Trouble shooting product issues
  • Additional follow up post session

Once you’ve successfully completed your initial account set up, there are many additional self-serve resources you can use to get better acquainted with your JustGiving Fundraising tool.

No one has contact us either!

How do we get someone to contact us? We have been up for a couple of weeks now and had to contact Support many times the 1-1 help would be helpful.  
This has not happened yet:
Our Professional Services team will reach out to you within 48 hours after the you have completed your initial account set up and provide you with a Campaign Deployment Checklist that will collect specific details about the campaign you want to create and instructions on how to schedule your 1-1 session. 
Hi! I'm in the "I don't want to do this on my own camp!"  I am struggling to wrap my head around launching a peer to peer campaign on my own - probably because I'm doing a variety of other things too.  How do I register for the campaign deployment session?  dirdev@nwihabitat.org
