Broken schedule grid report is only medium priority and 180 day fix?

I chatted with support this morning about Teacher Schedule - By Day Name (Grid) which is apparently broken for all. This is the response I got:

"Our internal resources is investigating this and currently have it set to a medium priority, meaning we are looking to review and resolve this over the next 180 days or less if possible. The work around is to use the report you mentioned without the grid option."


180 days to fix a regression bug likely caused by some other update. Interestingly the Student one still works. Bugs like this shouldn't take this long.
