Journal entry batch (List) Not Working

Hi,

So, I have committed several batchs in Raisers Edge Database view, and none of them are showing up in this API.  Am I using the correct API? Right now when I run the Journal entry batch (list) API with no parameters, I get the following error

Pragma: no-cache<br/>Cache-Control: no-cache<br/>Date: Tue, 07 Jan 2020 22:23:18 GMT<br/>Content-Length: 36<br/>Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8<br/>Expires: -1<br/>

Please help!
