Embedded OLX Form Only Loads Half the Time

Hi friends,


We recently got OLX and I have just built and tested our first forms. I pasted the script into an otherwise blank page on our Wordpress site, but the form only seems to work about half of the time! When I load the page, I see this spinning icon:




Sometimes it will just keep spinning and never load, but upon refreshing the page, the form will work just fine!


Has anyone else experienced this, or have any thoughts as to what might be causing this?

Hi Ian Stewart‍. You should definitely not be experiencing intermittent OLX form load behavior. Could I ask that you please reach out directly to Blackbaud Support? They'll confirm a few things and can help troubleshoot what may be happening.
