Query on user activity

Hi All,


I hope this message finds you all well.  I'm interested in viewing user(s) activity within RE (i.e. how many and which records were accessed in a given time period, what was done while in those records) for specific user(s).  Does anyone know if RE has this capability?  If so, general how would one go about this?

You can query on "Last Changed By" and "Date Last Changed" for many record types, but exactly what was changed is not logged by RE.

I setup specific "Audit" queries and separate them as Run Monthly/Weekly/Daily.   By specific, I mean NICKNAME is Blank,  New Constituent Added,  New Funds Created and so on.  The output I include fields I want to see, including date last changed, last changed by.

Of course, none of these would help you if no changes are made to the records.

Unfortunately this information is not available. As John pointed out you can see who last saved a record, but you cannot see who accessed a record. I don't think even third party audit tools like Ziedman's Audit Trail offer this insight.
