Processing SAO transcripts

Is anyone else having trouble processing transcripts from a SAO application? I have to delete the school in the candidates file in order for it to process. Or I delete the file submission and manually add it. Very weird.

Hi, I have been having the same issue. I thought I was doing something wrong as we are brand new to EMS

It used to integrate but now it won't. Something is wrong, I guess. I'll ask again.
