Committee Review

Our committee members are having trouble with the review process, in that they cannot submit their review if someone else has already submitted a review for the same candidate. This is a new issue. The first few candidates we reviewed, we did with no problem. We did add a ratings matrix after those initial few, so I wonder if that is causing the problem. Anyone else having this issue?

I've heard this is an on-going issue that hasn't yet been resolved from Blackbaud. While we do not currently use Enrollment Management for our admissions process, I know that Tabor Academy is having this same issue. Have you opened a support case? At least that way you should get a response once it is resolved (if it isn't part of a larger weekly fix update).

Thank you Rose. Yes, I have opened two tickets on this one, and am not getting much response. The ratings matrix was the issue. Hoping they fix it, because that was a useful tool. Once I removed it, though, everyone was able to submit their reviews.
