Is there a way that you can record all the dates for immunizations?  I found that there is only room for one date.

Our school nurse also asked about this, but I could find no feasible solution.  The first idea was to create multiple immunizations, labeled "dose 1", "dose 2", etc., but because immunization requirements change depending on grade level, it was too cumbersome to try to make Blackbaud's system work for us.  We've resorted to storing all immunization data in a spreadsheet outside of the Blackbaud system for now.
