Getting credit card feed setup

Hi there!  I've been bounced back and forth between my bank (City National) and Blackbaud about getting my credit card feed set up.  Although there are a number of City National listings in the link interface, none of them work with my credit card account at City National.  I keep getting a "credential re-verification" required account status indication, or, if I keep trying, I end up locking out my account.  Someone on the bank side says I need to talk to Bbaud, then in case central I'm told to talk to the bank.  One of those endless loops - eager to stop the ride and get off!  Can anyone at Bbaud help with this?
