Chat offline? Only me?

For this entire week when I go to https://support.blackbaud.com/support/chat it just says chat is offline? This seems like a big deal but maybe it is only me?

    We have reported this to Information Management and they are working with our IT team to resolve. Others who are experiencing this said clearing their browser cache temporarily resolves the issue. I am sorry for the inconvenience.  Would you mind trying clearing your cache and see if it resolves the issue, then let me know?

  • I tried another browser and it seems to work so it might be a caching issue. I will say on the other browser I saw the chat offline bar pop-up and disappear quickly so there is still something going on. I can at least chat again now.
