NXT Constituent List - Do Not Mail

Hi All, 


I've just noticed that when producing a list of constituents from NXT, I can choose to exclude solicit codes such as 'Do Not Contact', however, I can't find a way of exluding those with addresses marked at 'Do Not Mail' - the little red circle next to the address. Any ideas? 


For now, I've gone back to a query in the database view and export to ensure I'm not including these addresses. 


The reason we have them marked like this is that they are happy for us to contact them, but we've had returned mail identifying their address is invalid/incorrect. If there is a better way of marking this...I'm all ears!!

    Let me know if this helps:

    "Do not mail option in RE not reflected in NXT".

    In order to investigate this issue, I need you to provide screenshots from the record in RE and NXT showing the issue.

    Thank you
    for your reply. When looking in NXT, the address is marked as ‘do
    not mail’ with the red circle. In RE the ‘has no valid address’
    ticked.

     

    When
    pulling a report from NXT, I cannot see a way to tell the system
    NOT to include addresses that are not valid or are do not mail.
    However, when running a query in RE, there is the option to have
    that box ticked.
