Self-Scheduling visit feature on Website

I have been asked to look into a self-scheduling campus visit feature (button) for our webpage in K12.  It would allow interested candidates to choose an available open time and date on the school website to self schedule a visit or interview.  I read about the self-scheduling feature in the admissions calendar that would allow them to schedule something via a checklist item but I believe that they were wanting something before we have gotten to a checklist stage.  

Here is what Im looking for:


A clickable event on the website to bring up a form. 

The form would display fields to enter names/contact info and a place to choose the available times that admissions has open for visits or tours. *The dates/times would pull from the Core Years and Terms as well as the current Admissions calendar of existing meetings and visits scheduled via phone and voice.  

Need to be able to configure times of different visit type requests;  tour = 1hour blocked,  Interview with coach - .5 hours......


Is there anything in the system that remotely does this? What are others doing to accomplish this?

  • @Lorrin Saliba Have you figured this out? We are running into the same issue. People inquire, then get an email to create an account where there is a checklist waiting for them, then they can schedule their tour. We would like the Schedule a Tour option to be part of the inquiry form.
