    Are you keeping the same fiscal year setup that your org currently has? If no, you could create a short year to get on track.

    Will you be able to shift the merged org account/project/ t code structure into how you currently do business? If yes, then you could set up another set of Funds/Ledgers to track the merged org in your current database and then use the columns in the F/S and B/S to combine where you need for consolidated reporting.
