Transcript - signature line

I would like to know what others are doing for school official signature line/title on transcripts. I tried adding a text box at the bottom, but can't find an option to have the text box stay at the bottom and not move up/down based on what's above it. I can't get it to look clean and professional. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

We just talked about this with our implementation consultant.  The current answer is: no - you can't do that. The signature block will float up the page to be just below the other content.  A semi-related entry in the idea bank is: https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OR-I-1994

I'm thinking about making this problem into a feature.  I suggested to the people who care about it at my school that we make the last text in the footer say something "Information below this line is unofficial"
  • Thank you for the info, Brian. A customizable footer would be a good solution.
  • Thank you Brian for such a collaborative approach and posting the idea in the community for others to vote on!

Way to harness the power of community.  I wish you many votes!

  • I voted for that!
  • I just added the attached text and added a border above and below the box. First screenshot is in editing mode and 2nd is an actual transcript.fb60be92b83035438200c9289af484d2-huge-sc

  • Thank you, Josceline. I did initially try adding a text box, but couldn't find a way to get it to stay at the bottom of the page. As Brian said earlier, a text box moves up & down on the page depending on the other content.
