New Report Card Builder - 2 Grade Plans in One Column for Final Report

Hi All,

I've been working on creating report cards using the new builder for our Upper School and have gotten them all finished except one - the Final Report that goes out at the end of the school year. Like most schools, we have courses that are year long as well as single term (semester courses) so I have been using the information I found in other posts as well as BB KB121392 to get the grades and such from these 2 Grade Plan Groups to appear in one column based on using the same descriptions. Our Final Report Card is a bit of a challenge, though! I did get the Plan Descriptions identical so that part is all set but getting the grades from the various courses (semester-only and full-year) to show up together in the last column is something I haven't been able to figure out...and I'm not sure if it can be done for this report card. Below is a shot of the report card details when I look at it in the old builder...everything matches up nicely except for the Final Grade Column:

Below is a shot of the Grade Plan Details for the Single Term Grade Plan Group:

Below is a shot of the Grade Plan Details for the Full Year Grade Plan Group:

I can upload a copy of what a final report card looks like from last year if that helps.

I think that, due to the complexity, I may end up having to break that last column into 2 columns since you can't have more that one Grade Plan in a column in the new builder but if anyone has any ideas, that would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Mark

    Shane,

Welcome! If you need any help, feel free to reach out...I don't know all there is to know about the new builder but I've learned quite a bit after I took on this project for our school. There are some other folks in the community who have been very helpful as well.
