Plugin with Zoom meetings

Hello, in the era of Covid, my organization is using Zoom for larger, "summit" type meetings. 

We are exploring the pros/cons of registration for a meeting like this. If we were meeting in person, we would no doubt use NXT event forms (or perhaps LO event forms since we have that option, too). But, with Zoom in the mix, my IT lead tells me using anything BUT Zoom for registration will create ways for people to have meeting control access. 

Does anyone have experience with this? Or a lead on a plugin to help us manage both? I would really like to avoid a duplicate event registration.

I don't have personal experience with it, but it seems like you should just be able to put the ZOOM info in the body of the reply email and have it work.

That was my instinct, but my colleagues think it'll
lead to vulnerability. We'll see.

Hi - in case this is helpful for folks down the line...

Zoom support confirmed a CSV of registrants can be uploaded to meetings or webinars. With that in mind, we're going to run registration on NXT and then securely upload it to Zoom so meeting controls can be maintained. 

We haven't done it yet...hopefully all goes smoothly.

Unfortunately, my colleagues needed to skip this step for now. If we have the opportunity to try NXT > Zoom in the future, I'll share our process here. Thanks.

We have been using NXT to register people for our Zoom events and we just include the Zoom meeting or webinar info in their confirmation email. We have not experienced any security issues with this process in place.
