I am Elizabeth a Blackbaud Community Manager.  I am not a product or K12 knowledge expert, however, I am an expert on all the Blackbaud Community features available to keep you engaged, connected and learning from others in this Community.

Hi, Elizabeth! I love the BB communities but TBH my biggest issue is understanding where to post what. I have underutilized this discussions forum because I spend so much time hunting around in the Ideas portal. I'm curious how much cross-pollination happens between the two sites. Should I be searching here before posting an idea? Or vice versa? Similarly, I can't tell whether I should be referencing the Help Center or the Knowledgebase with product questions (I know those aren't community sites, but they do divide my attention in a similar way).

Ultimately I want to be sure I'm using my community time wisely. What do you think?
