RENXT Address Finder

Has anyone recently done a RENXT Address Finder? I'm looking for pros and cons. Did anything go wrong? Does it use the Post Office address format (abbreviations)? If so, can you change it to be a formal address type? Does the information update in RE database? Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks!

One thing I wish I had known before I switched to AddressFinder in NXT recently is that it only runs records not marked inactive, whereas when running it through databaseview, it did not exclude inactive records. I found this out when looking at the number of records run via NXT which was significantly lower than when I have run it in the past through databaseview and I called customer support who confirmed that AddressFinder in NXT webview does automatically exclude inactive records.
