Incoming Student Testing

For those of you who typically test incoming students for Math/English placement, how are you handling that this year?  I was hoping we would be able to move our candidates from the candidate role to incoming student, put them in a class, and our faculty would be able to administer an Assessment.  However, incoming students can not take assessments.  Does anyone use a third party testing program?  I welcome any thoughts or suggestions!  Thank you.
