Is there a way to import WORD or EXCEL documents into a grantee's documents history after a grant has been paid?  For example, a Due Diligence Approval Form (WORD), Copy of Grant Check, Copy of Grantee's Acknowledgement Letter (WORD), etc.?

There is a link that can be added to Outlook that allows you to upload items into BBGM. I use it all the time. You can get information for it on the BB website.

Outlook or upload them individually.
