And is there a way to see a list created in the database view in the webview?

Hi Diana,
You may have already looked at this how-to article, but it was what I used recently to create a list from a static query of specific constituents.

Exporting and importing is the only way to view lists you've created that I know of.

AnnMarie Schell‍, thank you so much for the response. I did just find a training video on how to create a list, which included the static query information. I will be trying that very soon. The irony is, the Marketing director decided to change the way that we will be sending out pledge reminders. I created a marketing Email which was really cool and would allow me to send to a specific group of donors. Only to have her decide to insert a line with the amount of the last pledge. So, I will be sending them one by one. Yippee! ?

Don't you have the option to insert merge fields in the marketing email?  With tech today you shouldn't have to do one by one, IMO.

JoAnn Strommen‍, yes, there are merge fields, however, I don't seem to be able to actually get the information to merge. I am sure this is because I truly need more training. I really have attempted to find the answers, just haven't found the correct one for my needs, yet.

Hi Community, 

Still looking for help/instructions on how to actually get the Merge feature to work in the Marketing Email in RENXT.

I love how easy it is to create and format the Email.

Does anyone know a guru on using this neat feature in RENXT?
