FE NXT NOT LOADING- How do you tell Blackbaud

FE NXT won't load. I was working all afternoon and about 5:45 pm EDT it stopped working. Can't find a way to notify support...it keeps telling me to go to the Knowledge base or community.  Can anyone help? It's been almost an hour and still not loading, but the website says its operational.....

    We are unable to run GL reporting in NXT. The response time is very slow in just setting up parameters for a report. We have contacted support several times, but not getting much response. Are you still having issues?
