Electronic Transcripts

I was curious if anyone could share their experiences with electronic transcripts.  We currently use Naviance, but due to the high costs, we are not renewing our contract so need to find something more economical.  I see that Student Information System has the ability to export data in XAP transcript form, but I wasn't sure if that is the only method or not.  Do most colleges accept senior transcripts via XAP?  What costs are associated with loading information to XAP?


Additionally, the common application system may be something our school will explore.  Can Blackbaud transcripts be uploaded there in an automated way or only one-off?

I do not know about XAP with Blackbaud, but many of my college counseling colleagues in independent schools have moved from Naviance to SCOIR. The price is significantly lower, the customer service is top notch, and the platform is capable of transmitting all necessary documentation to a significantly number of colleges. It has many other extremely useful features for your college counseling office as well.

We previously had Naviance and have moved to Maia Learning. We are able to easily upload our transcripts to their platform.
