Using constituent search to retrieve results based on town or county

Hi there,


Is there anyone from Blackbaud support who can offer any more insight into the constituent search and how I can use it to retrieve results based on town, county etc?


If you look at this recent thread, you can see I've been working through various problems with the search:

Is it true that it looks the address_lines field? My tests suggest it might do, but with inconsistent results. E.g. it works if I enter in an exact post code, but not with the town or county.


Any help would be much appreciated as I'm under pressure to get this resolved quickly.
